After the course the student:

• Should be able to use the basic system tools and resources
• Plan and build GroupSystems meeting agenda
• Run a basic meeting with an appropriate selection of tools and resources
• Create and manage project folders and templates as a full access user
• Understand unique electronic meeting situations
• Perform basic troubleshooting

Form
2 days course

Philosophy
Every GroupSystems facilitator should take this training. In this basic training the facilitator learns to design a GroupSystems Agenda and the workings of the basic tools. Practical experience and learning from each other's mistakes is an important part of the course.
