GroupSupport facilitates merger proces of local Rabobank branche offices
LIMBURG, May 2006 - GroupSystems was successfully used in Rabobank merger process of local branch offices
With GroupSystems, the members of the Rabobank Centraal Plateau Limburg, Heuvelland, Mergelland and Simpelveld discussed the merger of their branch offices. Divided over 8 meetings around 400 members worked in small groups with a bank employee in the role of GroupSystems reporter. The participants were very enthusiastic about the use of GroupSystems because:
- Everyone could participate in the meeting
- All contributions are stored digitally, nothing gets lost
- The structure that GroupSystems brings into the meeting
The result of the meeting was that the members were highly committed to the merger and were proud to have contributed in the merger process.
