Agenda
Agenda

The agenda displays the meeting sequence. It lists the tools that will be used during the meeting including the timeline.

Reports
Reports

The Reports feature allows you to create and view reports that summarize all or part of a meeting. Reports can be generated in text, RTF or Word format.

Categorizer
Categorizer

Create a variety of lists and put ideas into category ''buckets''. The contents of buckets are displayed as desired by each person. Category buckets can have many ideas that can be copied and moved to other categories, and each idea can have a list of many comments, each of which can have annotations added to them.

Electronic Brainstorming
Electronic Brainstorming

Groups can generate a rapid-fire free-flow of ideas for creative problem solving. Brainstorming is designed for idea generation and creative group processes.  While focusing on a specific question, the electronic equivalent of sheets of ''paper sheets'' are exchanged randomly among the participants.

Group Outliner
Group Outliner

The Group Outliner tool allows groups to explore issues and develop action plans using a tree or outline structure. Here, group members can work in restricted areas of the outline and develop and re-organize ideas during discussions or as a follow-up activity.

Topic Commenter
Topic Commenter

Topic Commenter activities allow groups to generate ideas or give feedback to a presentation and assign their comments to pre-defined topics. Topics are represented as headings on file folders.

The Vote tool lets you evaluate issues, make choices and develop consensus using several voting methods. Rank order, 10-Point scale, Multiple selection, Yes/No, True/False, Agree/Disagree (5-point), Agree/Disagree (4-point), Custom methods.
